PhonesForCash is bringing its 28-day phone buyback service to Birkenhead. Once the store opens, customers will be able to sell an eligible phone, receive payment and retain the exclusive option to repurchase the same device within the agreed period.
Our Birkenhead counter will be located at Unit 44B Borough Pavement, Birkenhead, CH41 2ZL, within the Pyramids Shopping Centre. The Birkenhead store is not open yet. Customers needing a buyback now should visit the St Helens store.
How the Birkenhead buyback service will work
When the Birkenhead counter opens, buyback will follow the same clear, in-store process already running at St Helens. Bring the phone and identification required by the store. The team will inspect the device, explain the offer and repurchase price, and put everything in writing before you sign. Payment is made on the day. Return before the deadline to repurchase the same phone for the price shown on your agreement.
The purchase amount, the repurchase price, the applicable storage and handling charge and the deadline are always confirmed on the individual written agreement before you proceed.
Phones and devices expected to be accepted
Final eligibility depends on in-store testing and current resale value at the time of assessment.
Account-locked, reported-lost, blocked or suspicious devices are not accepted. Manufacturer account locks must be removed by the legitimate owner using official methods before buyback can proceed.
