Identification and ownership

You must be able to show valid identification and satisfy us that you are entitled to sell the device. We carry out ownership, device status and compliance checks before completing a purchase.

We do not purchase devices reported lost or stolen, or devices subject to an unresolved insurance claim.

Account locks

Apple Find My, Google account locks and other activation locks must be removed by the account owner through official methods before payment can be completed.

Testing and offers

We check the model, storage, condition, account status and key functions, then explain the offer and any condition-related adjustments before you decide. You are under no obligation to accept.

Payment

If you accept, payment is made by cash or bank transfer. There is no set maximum cash payment, subject to identification, security and compliance checks.
