Requesting a postal service

Contact us with your device model, storage and condition. Our team will confirm the current postal arrangements, the postage method to use and the level of protection that applies before you send anything. Do not post a device before those details have been confirmed in writing.

Packaging

Pack the device securely with padding so it cannot move inside the box, remove any SIM or memory card, and include the paperwork we send you. Keep your proof of postage.

Identification and ownership

We will confirm what identification and paperwork is required before you post. Devices must be free of activation locks and you must be entitled to sell them.

Offers, declining and returns

After inspection and testing we contact you with the confirmed offer. If you accept, payment is arranged by bank transfer. If you decline, the device is returned to you. Our team will confirm whether any return postage charge applies before the device is sent back.
