- How is the online price worked out?

- Is the price guaranteed?
- It is the price we expect to pay. We confirm it once we have checked the phone — free of charge — either at our St Helens counter or after it arrives by post. If the phone matches what you told us, the price stands.
- How long is my quote valid?
- Seven days from the day you save it. Save it and quote the reference when you come in or message us.
- What if my phone is cracked or faulty?
- We still buy it. Damaged phones are priced by hand rather than online, so tell us what is wrong and we will come back with a real figure.
- Do you buy phones with an account lock still on them?
- No. Any Apple Account, Google Account or Samsung Account lock must be removed by the owner through official manufacturer methods before we can buy the phone. Network locks are fine — we buy those.
