St Helens is around 35 minutes from Sale via the M60 and M62 — comfortably doable in a morning if you'd rather deal face to face.
Household clear-outs are the typical Sale enquiry: two or three old handsets, sometimes a tablet or a pair of AirPods alongside. We'll value the lot in one conversation, and they can all travel in one tracked parcel if you post.
One thing that catches people out: AirPods and Apple Watches also need removing from the previous owner's Apple Account, not just phones. If they're still listed under Find My, we can't buy them until they've been unlinked properly.

How the process works

- 2Send photos of the device — front, back, screen on, settings panel for battery health if iPhone.
- 3We reply with an initial guide estimate based on what you've shown us.
- 4Bring the phone to St Helens, or arrange a posted send-in if a visit isn't practical.
- 5We test, IMEI-check and inspect — the confirmed offer is shared with you.
- 6Payment is made by cash or bank transfer once you accept the confirmed offer.
