What to send for a Samsung Galaxy S23 valuation
Because each handset varies, we need the following before we can quote. Copy the list into your WhatsApp or email — the more precise the details, the closer the initial estimate.
- Exact storage size (or tell us “unsure” and we'll confirm from photographs)
- Network status — fully unlocked, or locked to EE / O2 / Vodafone / Three / Tesco / another network
- Condition — screen scratches, cracks, dents, back-glass condition
- Any faults — battery, charging port, cameras, speaker, buttons, biometrics
- Account lock status — Apple Account / Google account / Samsung / OPPO / HUAWEI / Xiaomi account signed out?
- Whether the phone powers on, can be unlocked and factory reset
- Box, charger and accessories you still have
Photographs to attach
- Front of the phone (powered on, ideally on the lock screen)
- Back of the phone, showing the camera glass clearly
- Both side rails (frame, buttons, SIM tray)
- Close-up of any scratch, crack, dent or fault
- Settings → About screen (so we can see the exact model)
